Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 5 PM MST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery:
We provide both standard and expedited shipping through FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Current shipping rates apply and vary based on shipping address. 
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 (within the continental U.S. only).

Delivery Issues:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.

International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used personal care items.

How to Return:
Contact Us: Email us at soapboxofidaho@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
Ship the Return: Send your package back to the address provided with your RAN. Please use a trackable shipping service and retain your receipt.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at soapboxofidaho@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
